These Terms govern your use of OffTheCuff, operated by Beardown Ltd. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

OffTheCuff helps you draft speeches with AI. Speeches up to three minutes are free; longer speeches are a one-time payment shown before you buy. Prices are in GBP (£).

Your content

You keep ownership of the details you enter and the speeches you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and store them so the service works. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for how you use the finished speech.

Acceptable use

Don’t use OffTheCuff to create unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content, or to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments & refunds

Paid speeches are charged once via Stripe at the price shown. Because a speech is generated on demand, refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something went wrong.

AI limitations

Generated drafts may contain mistakes and are a starting point, not a guarantee. Review and edit before you speak. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
